The OPS116U Photoelectric Sensor is a versatile optical switch designed for precise proximity detection in industrial automation. Featuring 1 digital output and compatible with various control modules, it supports direct connectivity to PLCs via standard 12-24V DC power. Operating within -25°C to 55°C, this proximity detector excels in harsh environments like packaging, assembly lines, and material handling. With a detection range of 0.1-4 meters, the OPS116U Optical Switch offers adjustable sensitivity and NPN/PNP output configurations. Its rugged IP67 housing ensures dust/water resistance, while the compact 40x20x15mm design allows flexible mounting. Though lacking built-in communication interfaces, it integrates seamlessly with industry-standard systems. A optional 2000mAh backup battery provides temporary operation during power fluctuations. The integrated 10mm status LED enables quick diagnostics, compensating for the absence of a display screen.
